There Is No Rate Card

TL;DR

SIGNALS does not publish prices. Every engagement is scoped after a free visibility assessment and priced against what that assessment finds, because the work depends on how many of your pages carry the claims that matter and how much of your category is already conceded to competitors. The self-serve page plans and the published monthly retainer figure offered earlier in 2026 are retired — if you have seen a price quoted for SIGNALS, it is out of date.

Why there isn't a number on this page

Because the honest number depends on things nobody knows before the assessment runs. Two companies in the same industry, the same size, can need entirely different work: one has forty pages that are nearly right and needs structure and sourcing; the other has four pages and needs the questions its buyers actually ask to have somewhere to land. Quoting both the same figure would mean one of them is paying for work they don't need.

So the sequence is fixed: measure first, scope second, price third. If a provider gives you a monthly figure before they have looked at your pages and your category, you are being sold a package, not a programme.

What decides the size of an engagement

Four variables, and they are worth asking any provider about, not just this one.

VariableWhat moves it
Pages in scopeHow many pages carry the claims a buyer's question would land on. A category with ten real questions is a different job from one with a hundred.
Who writesWhether the rewriting sits with us or with your team. Plenty of companies want the specification and have people who can execute it.
Who implementsWhether fixes are shipped to your site or handed over for your developer to apply.
Measurement breadthHow many engines and how many queries are tracked on a continuing basis, and how often the set is re-run.

The earlier plans are retired

Through the first half of 2026 this page carried self-serve plans priced per batch of pages, and a done-for-you retainer with a published starting figure. Both are gone. They were built for a different model, where you bought fixes and applied them yourself, and that is not what SIGNALS does now.

That matters here because retired prices have a long afterlife. Search results and AI answers can keep quoting a figure for months after the page is gone, which is a good illustration of the problem this company exists to solve: what an engine says about you is not the same as what your website says about you, and only one of those is under your direct control. If you arrived quoting a price you saw somewhere, it came from that period, and it is no longer accurate.

What the rest of the market charges

Ranges collected from published 2026 sources, and the reasons quotes differ so widely, are set out in how to choose an AEO agency. Those are third-party market figures rather than ours, and they are useful for sanity-checking any proposal, including one from us.

How to get a real number

Start with the assessment. It maps where you are cited and where you are invisible across all four engines, against the competitors winning your category, and it costs nothing. The scope conversation follows from what it finds, and if the finding is that you are already named where it counts, that is a cheaper answer than any engagement.

The Assessment

Measure first. Then talk about scope.

A free, PULSE-powered visibility assessment shows where you're cited and where you're invisible across all four AI engines — your actual situation, against your competitors.
